Mission Statement

Our mission at Riverview Youth Ministries is not only to impact our region through peer-to-peer ministry for Jesus Christ, but to equip students to live as disciples long after they move on from our ministry. We are in the ministry of making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Youth Ministries

Our vision for youth ministries here at Riverview is to Create, with God's leading, a ministry in which students have the opportunity to grow in a relationship with God and Christian peers; Build an environment that is loving and conductive to hear God's voice; Generate excitement to attend, invite and actively participate in a ministry striving to win the lost, build the believer and Equip the disciple.

Sunday Mornings

There is an optional teaching time for 6th thru 8th grade students during both services. Junior High Students join their families in the worship center for the beginning of the service and leave during offering for the Upper Room. High School students remain with their parents the full service.

Sunday Evenings

7:00pm - 8:30pm: This is the High School group's meeting time in which there is teaching from God's word, a praise band, testimonies, games, videos and loud music. This format allows the opportunity for students to renew, recharge and be refreshed as they prepare for the weekly mission field.

Tuesday Evenings

6:30pm - 8:00pm: is our mid-week program, during the school year, for 6th thru 8th grade students. This is a great chance for Junior High students to act like Junior High students while getting teaching from God's word; equipping them to be lights for God on their school campus.
